Richard Stiver, Facilities Director, oversees employees in the Maintenance, Transportation and Custodial departments of the National Home. He also oversees water treatment and water distribution at the National Home.
Richard is a veteran of the United States Army with 22 years of service. He holds a Bachelors Degree in business from Michigan State University.
Richard has been a Maintenance technician, Supervisor and Facilities Director of multi-family homes and apartments. He has been a carpenter, and a project manager of Construction projects.
