Honorably discharged Active, Guard, or Reserve Veteran

VFW/Auxiliary

Parent(s)/Guardian(s)
Applicant has a parent in the VFW or Auxiliary in good standing or if deceased, in good standing at the time of death.
Single or Married with dependent child(ren)
