4H season is upon us and this year we are going to highlight a few of the kids and follow them on their journey throughout the Spring and Summer.

To start off, we have Riley, our first timer! Riley is nine years old and is super excited to be able to show a pig this year! He has watched his brother Donavon for the past two years and really enjoyed helping him with his pig chores. We will also be following two seasoned veterans, Kassidy and Landon. Kassidy is 15 years old and has participated in 4H for four years. Landon is ten and this is his second year showing pigs (he showed a rabbit his first year). It’s going to be fun learning how this program works and how kids benefit by learning and honing new skills. Stay tuned for follow up blogs about Riley, Kassidy, and Landon!
